Committee proposes six options for old townhouse
Hampden panel weighs six futures for the vacant Old Townhouse, floats merging it with the new fire station. The Old Townhouse Committee will bring the Select Board six options May 11, from full renovation to demolition, after a 2022 study pegged a full fix at roughly $7 million to $8 million.
